Lately I have been asked a lot about some specification for our bungalows and about Koh Tao.
I’ve now gathered some of the most frequently asked questions and here are the answers:
Q: Where exactly is Ok View situated on Koh Tao?
A: The OK View Bungalow Resort is located above Sairee Beach. Approx. 5 minutes from the pier by taxi or motorbike. For details, please check out the Map of Koh Tao here.
Q: What is the Location of your Accommodation?
A: All of our bungalows are set in the beautiful peaceful gardens above OK View bar and restaurant. Check out the tropical surroundings in our picture album.
Q: How about Furniture in the Bungalows?
A: Ok View bungalows are fully furnished. The interior is kept simple to create a spacious feel.
Q: Do the Bungalows have a Porch/Balcony?
A: All bungalows have a rather large balcony. They even include hammocks on the balconies to lay back, relax and appreciate the stunning view over the Gulf of Thailand.
Q: Do the bungalows have sanitary?
A: All bungalows are equipped with a fan, shower and toilet and… an excellent fresh sea breeze. Please feel free to have a look at our pictures of Ok View
Q: Are your Bungalows Clean?
A: Cleanliness is high on our priority. For our long term guests, room cleaning is available on request at any time.
Q: Do you also offer scuba diving and/or diving courses?
A: Though we don’t offer scuba diving ourselves, we work closely with our friends from Koh Tao Divers, where you will get a discounted price for almost all diving activities while stying at OK View Resort - Read more about Koh Tao Divers here.
Q: Can you arrange tickets for us for when we leave Koh Tao or if we want to go on a Full-moon Party to Koh Panghan?
A: In fact Ok View has it’ very own Travel Agency, right in the center of Mae Haad. You can find Angel Travel easily just opposite of 7/Eleven. The office is near to all four piers. ( No more than a three minutes walk) You’re welcome to store your luggage while you’re waiting for a boat.
Q: Is there anything else, one can do on Koh Tao, besides scuba diving?
A: Koh Tao offers a variety of things to do besides diving and snorkeling. You can for example learn Thai Boxing, go Rock Climbing, play Crazy Golf or have a go on Bowling. You could also shot a friend on the Paintball Range, or go Sailing in the Gulf of Thailand and be back for dinner. Or you could simply take a walk along the white sandy white beach of Sairee, have a cocktail under palm trees and enjoy an incredible sunset.
